Mr. Mbuyi Jonathan Kabanga is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Elite JN Designs (Pty) Ltd, established in 2021 as a registered cross-border logistics and transport operator. With extensive experience in cross-border freight, regional trade routes, and logistics operations, Mr. Kabanga leads the company with a strong focus on safety, compliance, and operational efficiency. Under his leadership, Elite JN Designs specializes in the transportation of goods along the Mozambique Corridor through Zimbabwe, the Zambia Corridor, and into the DRC (Congo). Mr. Kabanga has built Elite JN Designs on a foundation of regulatory compliance, controlled subcontracting, and reliable service delivery across Southern and Central Africa. The company prioritizes client satisfaction, risk management, and adherence to international transport standards, ensuring secure and efficient cargo movement across key African corridors.

Ms. Nosisa Dube is a Strategic Director with over 21 years of experience in governance, systems management, performance evaluation, and large-scale programme coordination across complex, multi-stakeholder environments. Her career spans senior leadership roles within national and international institutions, where she has specialised in designing, managing, and evaluating structured review frameworks, compliance systems, and cross-border collaborative programmes involving government entities, global partners, and multi-sector stakeholders. Her expertise lies in strategic planning, operational oversight, performance measurement, and evidence-based decision-making. Prior to her current leadership role, Ms. Dube worked as a researcher at the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR), strengthening her analytical foundation and systems-thinking approach. She holds two Master’s degrees and has played a key role in developing national-level frameworks focused on assessment reform, governance optimisation, and institutional performance. Ms. Dube has contributed to high-level strategy development, including participation in the working group that shaped the NRF Strategy 2025. She currently serves in several international advisory and leadership capacities, supporting responsible assessment practices, stakeholder alignment, and organisational transformation across national systems. Her leadership philosophy is grounded in disciplined execution, strong governance, and the belief that well-managed systems drive sustainable growth. Ms. Dube is a product of structured capacity development and mentorship and remains committed to empowering future leaders through integrity, accountability, and strategic clarity.
